I draped, cut and built the dress designed by Brian Mulligan.

 

The bodice fabric is an iron on sequin stretch over a boned coutil bodice with baby flannel in between. 

​

The skirt is made from polyester taffeta and polyester dupioni, that is made into a high low with a petticoat mimicking the shape and then lines with the polyester taffeta.
